Pocketbit - Free Tiny 3x5 Pixel Font

Pocketbit is a tiny, 3x5 pixel font.
Made for low-res games (160x144 and up), tiny HUDs and handheld-style UI. Numbers are fixed-width.

Use it at 9px, 18px, 27px... (multiples of 9px).
Remember to turn anti-aliasing off.

How to use

• Godot 4: use the .fnt as a BMFont (keep the .png in the same folder), or import the .ttf with Antialiasing set to None and Subpixel Positioning disabled.
• Unity: import the .ttf, use font size 9 or a multiple, texture filter Point.
• GameMaker: import the .png as a sprite strip and use font_add_sprite_ext() (step by step in the README inside the zip).
• Aseprite / Photoshop / others: use the .ttf at 9px or a multiple, anti-aliasing off.

License

• You can use it in personal and commercial projects (games, apps, websites, videos, prints), as many as you want, no royalties. One license covers you and your team. You can modify it and ship it inside your game, app or site.
• You can't sell or redistribute the font files themselves, original or modified, alone or in an asset pack. No public repos with the font files in them (a built game or site is fine).
• Credit is not required, but appreciated. Full license in the zip.
